We are proud to share that another NGS Summer Program is in the books!
Our biggest group to date - 187 students, 1st-12th grade, two sites, 40+ summer staff worked together to overcome learning loss, aka "summer slide."
Filled with academically rigorous courses, innovative electives, and field trips to Bay Area museums and college campuses, our signature program flew by. A big shout out to our host sites - The Branson School and Marin Academy - for their campuses, their maintenance and operations teams, their food staff, and to all the families who entrusted their children with us this summer.
NGS will be closed for the month of August for a staff recharge and building beautification. We look forward to seeing everyone in the fall.
First day of classes will be Tuesday, September 10th and applications for the year round Academy program are available in English and Spanish on our website linked here - the deadline to apply for rising 6th-10th grade spots is 5pm, August 22nd.
We appreciate all the foundations, funders, and partners who help make our summer programs possible. We are truly grateful for your continued support.
